Used as an rotatinal sling to get superior core focus.
Using the Squat Belt makes it easier to keep an upright squat position. Its also very useful for athletes with back injuries.
However the max force produced with the Belt will be lower than with Harness.
Designed without length adjustment as such would inevitably impair comfort and performance.
Designed for Flywheel training but is also ideal for weight loaded push ups and pull ups.
